Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Nexelle (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Ukraine-based creator management agency working with creators from Ukraine. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you visit our website or apply to work with us.

2. Data we collect

• Application data: name, email, phone number, social or platform handles (if you provide them), and the monthly earnings you are aiming for.
• Contact data: any message you send to [email protected].
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected via standard server logs and cookies.

3. How we use your data

We process your data to evaluate applications, respond to enquiries, operate and secure the website, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal bases for processing

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (No. 2297-VI, 1 June 2010), relying on the following legal bases:

• Consent for non-essential cookies and marketing communications.
• Performance of a contract to process your application and provide services.
• Legitimate interests to keep the site secure and improve our services.
• Legal obligation to comply with tax, accounting and other regulatory requirements.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Strictly necessary: required for the site to function.
• Analytics: aggregated, anonymised metrics on how visitors use the site.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect site functionality.

6. Data sharing

We share data only with vetted service providers under written confidentiality and data-processing agreements, and where legally required. Our main providers are:

• Railway Corporation (USA): hosts the website, its back end and the database. Application data is stored on servers in the European Union (Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): domain name system (DNS), secure connections (HTTPS), content delivery and attack protection. Cloudflare processes technical request data, including IP addresses, across its global network, and stores encrypted database backups in storage under EU jurisdiction.

Both providers are US companies. Transfers to them are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Decision 2021/914) included in their data-processing agreements. Cloudflare is also certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. Data retention

Application data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction unless we have a legal reason to keep it longer. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, who supervises compliance with personal data protection legislation in Ukraine.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and confidentiality agreements, to protect your data.
